This year's Reputable Employer conference, which brought together representatives of various Slovenian companies, saw us in attendance as well. At the awards ceremony, based on voting in an extensive online survey, we took first prize in the insurance industry category for the sixth consecutive year. This recognition reflects our commitment to caring for current and future employees, and is a result of our hard work, dedication to quality, innovation, and the pursuit of the best solutions for our colleagues.

As expressed by survey participants, the fundamental work-environment categories highlighted this time were respect for employees, pleasant relationships, and work-life balance. This recognition is an important contribution to strengthening our established employer brand.

The project encourages young girls to develop and operate in engineering, technology, science and innovation. It is about contributing to the implementation of ESG principles.

Zavarovalnica Triglav received the title Chosen brand of trust 2024 in the category of insurance companies as part of the global consumer voting award Chosen product of the year.

We are proud of the new TOP INVESTOR IN EDUCATION certificate we received at the recent Edutainment conference. The mission of this certification is to strengthen the key performance indicators relating to the education function and increase professionalisation of learning and development.
