Notification of President of Management Board’s transactions in ZVTG shares

In accordance with the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, ZAVAROVALNICA TRIGLAV d.d., Ljubljana hereby publishes the following notice:

We would like to inform you that Andrej Slapar, President of the Management Board of Zavarovalnica Triglav, bought shares of the company in total number of 300 shares at the weighted average price of EUR 36.10 in the total value of EUR 10,830 on 13 December 2021 and 15 December 2021. These ordinary shares with the ZVTG ticker symbol and ISIN code SI0021111651 and the issuer’s LEI code 549300KGI78MKHO38N42 were purchased on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange.

After said transaction, Andrej Slapar holds 900 shares with the ZVTG ticker symbol.

This information will be published on the website of Zavarovalnica Triglav at www.triglav.eu as of 16 December 2021 and will remain available on the Company's public website for a period of at least five years.
