As part of the Edutainment conference, the Planet GV company and Sofos, Institute for Knowledge Management and Talent Development, bestowed upon Zavarovalnica Triglav the 2021 TOP Investor in Education and Training certificate.
Zavarovalnica Triglav thus received a certificate that attests to the insurance company’s systematic investments in the education and training of its employees and reflects how the company deviates significantly positively in terms of education and training criteria compared to the national average. The idea behind the certificate is to strengthen the key performance indicators for the education and training function and to improve the professionalisation of learning and development.
The certificates, which are bestowed by Planet GV and Sofos, Institute for Knowledge Management and Talent Development, were awarded at the ceremony that took place on Thursday, 22 September 2022, in Portorož, as part of the Edutainment conference. The certificate is further proof that Zavarovalnica Triglav is among the most successful organisations in Slovenia in the field of education and training.
