We would like to inform you that on 2 April 2021 Zavarovalnica Triglav received a letter from the Slovenian Insurance Supervision Agency, which was sent to all insurance, reinsurance and pension companies. In the letter enclosed hereto, the Insurance Supervision Agency adjusts its previous recommendation from March this year.
The recommendation received does not change the adopted and published decisions of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board of Zavarovalnica Triglav.
