Amendment to the financial calendar for 2024

In accordance with the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and the applicable legislation, ZAVAROVALNICA TRIGLAV d.d., Ljubljana, hereby publishes the following notice:

Zavarovalnica Triglav announces that the expected date of publication of the Preliminary key figures 2023 of Triglav Group is Wednesday, 6 March 2024 (and not Thursday, 7 March 2024). The expected publication date of the January – September 2024 results is Wednesday, 20 November (and not Thursday, 21 November 2024).    

The Company’s amended financial calendar for 2024 is attached hereto.

This information will be published on the website of Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d. at www.triglav.eu as of 19 February 2024 and will remain available on the Company's public website for a period of at least five years.
