Supplier relations

Due to the increasing complexity of the environment, the importance of developing and strengthening operational risk management systems, by raising the importance of sustainable business – ESG to a strategic level and implementing sustainability in all business segments, Zavarovalnica Triglav, d.d., has adopted revised and supplemented general terms and conditions for suppliers of Zavarovalnica Triglav, d.d., whereby the general terms and conditions are being upgraded and formalised to the level of the mandatory integral part of the contract.
The General Terms and Conditions for Suppliers of Zavarovalnica Triglav, d.d. upgrade the applicable guidelines and regulate the issues of mandatory contractual clauses of corporate governance and compliance with the principles of the Triglav Group Code, further regulate the narrower general terms and conditions of the relationship between the Company and suppliers, and a special part of the General Terms and Conditions is intended for the field of ICT services, from data processing, information security and outsourcing services, with an emphasis on the security of cloud services.

The general terms and conditions apply to new contracts as well as to annexes to existing contracts, but do not affect contracts already concluded with an expiration date. The only exceptions to the existing contracts that will need to be adjusted within a reasonable timeframe are those that are of an indefinite duration or long-term nature.
