Triglav Osiguranje has been part of the Triglav Group since 2001. It ranks 6th among insurance companies in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and holds 9.4% of the market.

Triglav osiguranje has been a member of the Triglav Group since 2007. Compared to one year earlier, its market share in 2010 increased by 0.4% to a total of 6.8%

Zavarovalnica Triglav established its branch Triglav Pojišt'ovna in Brno in 2000. Today it holds 0.84% of the country’s non-life insurance market.

In terms of market share, Triglav Osiguranje is the 7th strongest insurance company in Croatia. In 2010, it was the only of the country’s top 10 insurers to post premium growth (1.4%) and a market share increase.

In 2006, Zavarovalnica Triglav increased its share in the largest and oldest Montenegrin insurance company, Lovćen osiguranje, from Podgorica. This insurance company holds as much as 53.1% of the market.

Triglav Osiguruvanje, with a market share of over 25%, is the market leader in Macedonia. It joined the Triglav Group in 2007.

Triglav Penzijski fondovi was established in Belgrade in 2007 and is active in voluntary pension fund organisation and management.

Triglav Osiguranje joined the Triglav Group in 2006 through the acquisition of a stake in the company. In fierce competition with the other 25 insurers in the market, Triglav Kopaonik is the 8th strongest insurance company in Serbia with a 3.5% market share.

Zavarovalnica Triglav is the controlling company of the Triglav Group and with its 110-year history is the oldest insurer in Slovenia. Its financial soundness is confirmed by the “A” rating assigned by Standard & Poor's Ratings Services, which is the highest rating among financial companies in Slovenia.

Triglav zdravstvena zavarovalnica was founded in November 2002 through the reorganisation of the life insurer Concordia d. d. The company was established by Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d.

Pozavarovalnica Triglav Re was founded in 1998. It provides high quality reinsurance coverage of the Triglav Group, as proven by the "A" long-term rating and financial strength rating again assigned by Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services.
