Job responsibilities:
• Participation in the performance of internal audits in accordance with the annual audit plan of the Independent Internal Audit Department
• Contribution to the preparation of audit reports, findings and recommendations in line with the Global Internal Audit Standards
• Support in the preparation of quarterly and annual reports on the Department’s activities, as well as ad hoc reports when required
• Monthly monitoring of the implementation of audit recommendations, communication with responsible persons and maintenance of records on their implementation status
• Participation in project audits and thematic audits
• Contribution to the development of the internal audit strategy, annual audit plan and individual audit plans
• Continuous monitoring of compliance with legal, regulatory and internal requirements
• Monitoring trends and developments in domestic and international financial markets, as well as the insurance market
Job requirements:
• University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s level), preferably in economics, finance or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in internal or external audit, finance, controlling or risk management
• Good command of MS Office tools
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to prepare clear and structured reports
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality and ethical standards
• Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy and ability to meet deadlines
• Good communication skills and ability to cooperate with various organizational units
• Willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional development
• Knowledge of the regulatory framework of the financial and insurance sector is considered an advantage
