Job responsibilities:
- Assessment and settlement of major and complex property insurance claims
- Completing received claim files with regard to insurance coverage, legal basis, type, and amount of damage
- Preparing decisions on claims
- Calculating claim amounts
- Preparing claim payment orders
- Participating in the work of the competent body responsible for resolving claimants’ appeals
- Providing opinions on court expert reports, performing monthly claims reserving, and reporting claims for reinsurance
- Deciding on the existence of grounds for recovery (subrogation) in more complex cases
- Concluding outofcourt settlements
- Participating in the development of plans, programs, reports, and analyses
- Initiating and participating in the preparation of proposals for amendments to insurance terms and tariffs
- Participating in the preparation of risk assessment reports and in the creation of reports on major and complex claims
Job requirements:
• University degree in a technical field (electrical engineering, civil engineering, mechanical engineering)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the same or similar positions
• High level of computer literacy
• Knowledge and active use of the English language (spoken and written)
• Valid driving license (active driver)
• Responsibility, systematic approach, reliability, organizational skills
• Proactive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
