“Triglav Osiguranje” a.d.o. Belgrade will process your personal data, submitted through this application form, based on Article 12, paragraph 1, item 2 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (“Official Gazette of the RS”, No. 87/2018) for the purpose of conducting the selection process of candidates for the advertised position, and in the case of selection of candidates for employment, for the preparation of a proposal for an offer, i.e. a proposal for an employment contract/work engagement. Candidates who, as part of the selection procedure, will be invited to a short-list of interviews, may also be included in testing with the DNLA competency assessment tool. Your data will be deleted after the completion of the selection of candidates for the advertised job position, or will be stored at least until the period specified by the regulations regarding the storage of data of unselected candidates. In the case that you give your consent for the further processing of your data through this form, they will be stored until revoked, but no more than three (3) years from the submission of the application through this website.
At any time, you can request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data transfer or objection to the processing of your personal data. You can revoke the given consent at any time, and the revocation of consent does not affect the legality of the processing that was carried out until its revocation. You have the right to file a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia if you believe that we are processing your personal data illegally.
