Job responsibilities:
- triage and analysis of user requests related to application and data errors, system changes, and enhancements
- reparation of functional specifications and alignment of requirements with business process owners
- coordination and collaboration with the development team in drafting technical specifications
- planning and coordination of development, testing, and implementation activities (release plans)
- proposing optimal solutions to user requests and improving application support
- identifying and proposing business process optimizations
- participation in defining data models and business rule logic
Job requirements:
- minimum college degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred) in IT, economics, or a related field
- previous experience in business analysis or working on IT projects is considered an advantage
- understanding of business processes and the ability to analyze them
- ability to prepare functional documentation and define requirements in a structured manner
- good knowledge of MS Office
- strong analytical skills, systematic approach, and attention to detail
- welldeveloped communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams
- proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- willingness to learn and engage in continuous professional development
