Job responsibilities:
As part of our Health Services team, you will be the first point of contact for our policyholders and clients. Your role will include:
• Communicating with policyholders (by phone and in writing) and assisting with inquiries related to health services
• Scheduling and coordinating appointments with healthcare providers
• Verifying health insurance policy coverage and performing basic administrative processing of requests
• Conducting an initial assessment of urgency and medical indication in line with internal procedures
• Entering and monitoring cases in the IT system and cooperating with external partners (healthcare institutions)
• Participating in process improvements and enhancement of customer experience
Job requirements:
We are looking for a person who enjoys working with people, has an interest in the healthcare system, and thrives in a dynamic environment:
• Completed secondary education in a medical or healthcare-related field
• Experience in customer service is an advantage, but not required
• Basic understanding of medical terminology and willingness to learn
• Strong communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach
• Good organizational skills, responsibility, and reliability
• Basic computer skills (MS Office and similar systems)
