Job responsibilities:
Leading, organizing, and developing the life insurance sales team
Managing the team’s sales performance and being responsible for achieving the Life Insurance Sales Plan
Managing and developing the portfolio of distributors within the team
Providing support to distributors in sales activities and life insurance distribution operations
Delivering training, coaching, and transferring professional knowledge and updates
Holding regular weekly meetings and individual one-on-one discussions with team members
Monitoring distribution activities, premium collections, and policy renewals
Reporting to superiors on the results and performance of the sales team
Participating in recruitment, motivation, and development of the sales team
Job requirements:
Completed secondary education (general, technical, or other relevant field)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant positions
Experience in people management is an advantage, or strong potential for development into a leadership role
Well-developed communication and presentation skills
Results-oriented mindset and sense of ownership
Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
Proactive attitude, initiative, and willingness to learn
Good computer skills (MS Office)
