Job responsibilities:

Responsible for the entire claims settlement process (motor liability claims, general and professional liability insurance claims, credit insurance claims, etc.);

Provides professional interpretation of regulations, monitors and applies legal provisions and judicial practice in Macedonia and foreign countries related to claims settlement in the field of tort law;

Proposes measures for improving the claims settlement and recovery process;

Initiates and participates in the preparation of proposals for amendments to rulebooks, guidelines, and conditions;

Proposes, participates in, and/or carries out the entire legal process of representing the company before courts and other state authorities, in accordance with legal regulations;

Determines the legal basis in complex cases in the field of legal and technical claims in both extrajudicial and judicial proceedings;

Performs and controls claims reserving;

Prepares and drafts all necessary reports.

Job requirements:

Higher education in the field of legal sciences;

Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office;

Highly developed communication skills;

Selfinitiative, dedication, caution, responsibility, and ability for analytical thinking;

Willingness for continuous professional development.
