Job responsibilities:
- Participating in the coordination of risk identification processes and in defining methodologies for risk measurement, monitoring and control
- Calculating capital requirements in accordance with the Solvency II regulatory framework
- Monitoring identified risks and compliance with the established system of limits
- Participating in the preparation of risk reports for the Management Board, Group and regulatory authorities
- Participating in the selfassessment of the adequacy of processes and methodologies for risk identification and monitoring
- Ensuring data quality control within the Company’s internal systems
- Monitoring regulatory requirements and developments in the field of risk management
Job requirements:
- University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s level), preferably in economics, finance, mathematics or a related field
- Previous experience in risk management, finance, actuarial roles or controlling is considered an advantage
- Good command of MS Office tools (especially Excel)
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Ability to interpret data and prepare structured reports
- High level of responsibility, accuracy and professionalism
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with various organizational units
- Willingness to continuously learn and follow regulatory developments
- Knowledge of the regulatory framework of the financial and insurance sector is considered an advantage
