Job responsibilities:
- Handling inbound client calls to resolve inquiries, issues, claims or complaints
- Conducting outbound calls in line with campaigns and business needs
- Responding to written client inquiries
- Entering and updating data in relevant systems during and after each client interaction
- Managing, analyzing and working with CRM databases
- Providing basic information about the Company’s products and services
Job requirements:
- Previous experience in customer support or sales is preferred (but not mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication
- Ability to multitask, demonstrate resourcefulness and take initiative
- Fast learner with adaptability to change
- Calm, wellorganized and capable of handling challenging situations
- Good knowledge of computer tools (MS Office)
- Teamoriented mindset with a proactive “cando” attitude
