Job responsibilities:
• preparation of offers and policies, delivering them to the client for signature when needed, and performing all necessary activities for proper processing of the policy in the system
• maintaining records of premium payment due dates
• daily verbal reporting on sales performance
• periodic written reporting on the implementation of the sales plan and collection of receivables
• renewing and expanding the insurance portfolio
• monitoring and controlling premium collection for policies personally concluded
• registering and logging documents
• providing professional guidance, assistance, and opinions on insurance to individual clients
• coordinating tasks related to individual insurance with supervisors
• complete administration of own production portfolio
• submitting reports on customer complaints and commendations for policies personally concluded
• performing tasks and duties in the field
Job requirements:
• IV level of professional qualification
• good communication and sales skills, ability to set priorities, perform well under pressure, work effectively in a team, and efficiently solve problems
• advanced user-level computer skills (MS Windows, MS Office)
• preferably work experience in the same or similar insurance-related positions
