Job responsibilities:
• Presenting and selling insurance products through digital and telephone communication channels (e-mail, chat, social media, etc.)
• Providing high-quality customer support and building long-term relationships with clients
• Advising clients on selecting insurance products according to their needs
• Working with the existing client database and using digital tools to improve sales performance
• Monitoring and responding to customer inquiries through digital communication channels
• Conducting sales campaigns and initiatives aimed at increasing sales results
• Participating in the improvement of digital services and sales processes
• Preparing digital sales reports and analyses to support business strategy improvements
• Updating and maintaining digital platforms for sales and customer interaction
Job requirements:
• Previous experience in customer support, sales, or client-facing roles is preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and effectively manage priorities
• Resourcefulness, proactivity, and a problem-solving mindset
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
• Calmness, organization, and a strong sense of responsibility
• Good command of MS Office tools and digital platforms
