Job responsibilities:
• triage and analyze user requests related to application and data issues, system enhancements, and change requests
• prepare functional specifications and align business requirements with process owners
• coordinate and collaborate with the development team in preparing technical specifications
• plan and coordinate development, testing, and implementation activities (release planning)
• propose optimal solutions to business requirements and enhance application support
• identify opportunities for business process optimization and recommend improvements
• participate in defining data models and business rule logic
Job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher (preferred) in Information Technology, Economics, or a related field
• previous experience in business analysis or participation in IT projects is considered an advantage
• understanding of business processes and the ability to analyze them effectively
• ability to prepare functional documentation and define business requirements in a structured manner
• good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
• strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a systematic approach to work
• excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• proactive, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• willingness to learn and continuously develop professionally
• team-oriented mindset with a positive, can-do attitude
