Job responsibilities:
• lead, organize, and coordinate the work of the Life Insurance Product Development Department
• develop and enhance life insurance products while managing their entire product lifecycle
• participate in the design of insurance contracts and the preparation of life insurance proposals
• monitor regulatory requirements and ensure compliance of products and processes with applicable legislation
• optimize business processes related to life insurance products
• collaborate with sales channels, other organizational units, reinsurers, and external institutions
• prepare professional materials and reports for regulatory authorities and internal business needs
• develop and monitor the Department's work plan and coordinate the implementation of product development initiatives
• monitor market trends and propose innovative solutions for the development of the life insurance product portfolio
• lead, mentor, and support the professional development of team members
Job requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or higher (preferred) in Economics, Mathematics, or another relevant field
• several years of experience in life insurance, product development, or product management
• good knowledge of the regulatory framework governing the insurance industry
• previous leadership experience is considered an advantage
• excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
• strong communication and presentation skills
• ability to independently plan, organize, and manage multiple activities simultaneously
• passion for knowledge sharing and developing people
• proactive mindset, results orientation, and a strong can-do attitude
