Job responsibilities:
- receives clients and provides basic information to clients
- records and files documentation (filling in a form for recording damages, taking a statement from the injured party, issuing a certificate specifying additional documentation that needs to be submitted...)
- enters the application in the information system
- scans/enters complete documentation related to application in the information system
- performs the activity of making photo reports and enters the photo report with other documentation related to the damage survey into the information system
- by order of the superior, creates a damage inspection report and enters the inspection report into the information system
- per the superior's order, assesses the damage and determines the amount of the damage, and enters the calculation into the information system
- by order of the superior, completes the documentation required for damage assessment and scans/enters the documentation into the claims processing application.
- by order of the superior, forms the object of damage in the information system
- by order of the superior, completes the documentation required for the liquidation of claims and scans/enters the documentation into the claim processing application
- on the order of the superior, makes an uptodate entry in the information system, files the subject of damage electronically, forwards the documentation for further processing.
- under the superior's order, performs the activities of recording claims, drawing up liquidation notices, drafting Settlement Agreements, drawing up payment orders, notices about payments made, filing claims, scanning/entering supporting documents and entering them into the information system
- it performs damage settlement activities in accordance with the valid decision on the levels of authority
- gives all the necessary information to the insured and injured parties regarding reported damages
- cooperates in booking claims
- cooperates with the medical examiner and other external assessors
- cooperates in resolving complaints
- prepares and reports to other organizational units within the Company
Job requirements:
- IV1,
