DRAJV project receives an Effie Award for marketing excellence

Popular Zavarovalnica Triglav app recognised as one of the most effective marketing campaigns in the country

Awards for marketing excellence have been handed out at Effie Slovenia 2023. Zavarovalnica Triglav and their DRAJV app were among the recipients of gold awards at the gala event in the long-term performance and success category.

The jury of experts for one of Slovenia’s most desirable and prized marketing awards recognised the excellence of the app campaign, which Zavarovalnica Triglav created in collaboration with the SHIFT and Renderspace agencies.

Drivers have driven a total of over one billion kilometres safely using the DRAJV app. In the last eight years, more than 160,000 drivers have downloaded DRAJV to their mobile phones, and more than 65,000 of them are regular monthly users of the app. Users of the app have also shown themselves to be safer drivers.

Its use of telematics makes Zavarovalnica Triglav a world leader – every tenth driver has made use of the DRAJV discount code when insuring their car, enabling them to save up to 25% on car, motorhome and Young Driver insurance, and up to 15% on motorcycle insurance.

Zavarovalnica Triglav also scooped third prize in this category of the 11th Effie Awards for the most effective brand and third prize for best-performing advertiser.

Finalists at the Effie Slovenia 2023 awards were also given special prizes. They include Zavarovalnica Triglav for its “Driving Refresher” project for older drivers, run in collaboration with AMZS and the Renderspace and Media Publikum agencies.
