| Responsibilities | Member of the Management Board Uroš Ivanc is responsible, for the Investment Department, Outward Reinsurance Department, the Non-Life Insurance Actuarial Department, and the Life Insurance Actuarial Department. He is in charge of the Accounting Division, the Finance and Controlling Division, the Triglav Group Subsidiary Management Division (the subsidiaries outside Slovenia). He is responsible for merger and acquisition procedures (M&A), investor relations (IR) and credit rating agencies as well as of environmental, social and corporate sustainable development (ESG) activities. |
