Job responsibilities:
• Leading, organizing, and developing the non-life insurance sales team
• Managing the team’s sales performance and being responsible for achieving the non-life insurance policy sales targets
• Managing and developing the portfolio of distributors within the team
• Providing support to distributors in sales activities and non-life insurance distribution processes
• Delivering training, coaching, and transferring professional knowledge and updates
• Holding regular weekly meetings and individual discussions with team members
• Monitoring distribution activities, premium collection, and policy renewals
• Reporting to superiors on the results and performance of the sales team
• Participating in the recruitment, motivation, and development of the sales team
Job requirements:
• Secondary school education in a general, technical, or another relevant field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant roles
• Experience in people management or strong potential for development in a leadership role is considered an advantage
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Results-oriented mindset and a high level of accountability
• Ability to organize work, plan tasks, and prioritize effectively
• Proactivity, initiative, and willingness to learn
• Good computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office
