Job responsibilities:

• Operational planning, organization and coordination of training activities for the sales network

• Implementation of the sales training plan, including monitoring of delivery and quality

• Onboarding of new employees into work processes, sales activities, internal policies and products

• Preparation, development and updating of training materials, manuals, guidelines and presentations

• Communicating and interpreting new internal acts, as well as changes in products and processes

• Participation in the launch of new products (training and communication towards the sales network)

• Maintaining training records and monitoring participation in internal training programs

• Reporting on conducted trainings and the competency status of the sales network

• Providing mentoring, conducting field visits and supporting sales teams

• Proposing and implementing improvements in training approaches and sales network development

Job requirements:

• Completed secondary education (preferred: Bachelor’s degree in economics, social sciences or a related field)

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience (preferably in training or sales)

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools and presentation software

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to independently plan, organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Affinity for knowledge sharing and employee development

• High level of proactivity, results orientation and a “can-do” attitude
