Job responsibilities:
• Courteous telephone and electronic communication with health insurance clients
• Providing assistance in the organization and delivery of medical treatment required for recovery, improvement of health condition, or prevention of deterioration of the insured client’s health
• Providing necessary information to health insurance clients via phone or electronic channels
• Providing initial informational assistance and medical advice during telephone consultations with clients
• Daily communication and coordination of medical services with healthcare providers within the Triglav Insurance network
• Assisting health insurance clients in finding the most appropriate healthcare services in accordance with their individual needs, scheduling medical appointments, as well as monitoring and controlling the delivery of agreed services
• Organization of preventive (systematic) medical examinations
• Entry and processing of insurance claims and maintenance of relevant medical documentation
• Risk assessment during the conclusion of insurance contracts
• Preparation of reports on achieved work results
Job requirements:
• VII level of education – Medical Degree (Faculty of Medicine)
• Passed national professional licensing exam
• Advanced user-level computer skills (MS Windows, MS Office, Internet)
• Active knowledge of the English language; knowledge of an additional foreign language is an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, systematic and well-organized approach to work, reliability, responsibility, precision, independence, dedication, and agility
