Job responsibilities:
• Independently drafting and participating in the preparation of internal acts, decisions and other legal documents within the scope of the Department
• Drafting, reviewing and interpreting contracts, agreements and settlements in accordance with the Company Management Board’s decisions
• Handling complex legal matters and providing legal support and advisory services to the Management Board, management and organizational units
• Providing legal opinions in the areas of commercial, civil (obligations), labor, administrative, enforcement and insolvency law
• Representing the Company before courts and other competent authorities in litigation, enforcement, administrative, misdemeanor and other proceedings
• Preparing and submitting lawsuits, legal remedies, enforcement proposals and undertaking other procedural actions
• Participating in public procurement procedures (legal documentation, contracts, legal opinions)
• Participating in the preparation of materials and reports for supervisory and regulatory authorities
• Continuously monitoring legal regulations and case law, and improving legal solutions within the Company
Job requirements:
• University degree in law
• Passed bar exam
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in legal roles (advantage: corporate, financial or insurance sector)
• Experience in court representation and/or handling complex legal cases is preferred
• Excellent knowledge of applicable laws and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent command of MS Office tools
• Strong analytical, communication and advisory skills
• Ability to work independently with a high level of responsibility and professional ethics
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
• Valid Category B driving license
