Job responsibilities:
- Concludes contracts at the sales point (counter) to which they are assigned, and in the field when necessary,
- Prepares offers and concludes insurance policies in accordance with applicable tariffs, insurance terms, authorizations, and other company regulations,
- Responsible for achieving premium targets and fulfilling other work obligations in line with the Rulebook on Work and Incentives for Sales Representatives,
- Maintains continuous contact with existing and potential clients and regularly visits them,
- Provides information and answers policyholders’ inquiries via telephone,
- Issues insurance policies and accompanying documentation,
- Assists clients from their portfolio in reporting claims and collecting required documentation,
- Processes documentation for underwriting/tarification (scanning, data entry), filing, and activation,
- Handles customer complaints,
- Monitors due dates, renews, extends, and terminates insurance contracts, and actively seeks opportunities to expand the portfolio,
- Implements changes and amendments to insurance policies,
- Provides clients with all necessary precontractual information prior to concluding insurance contracts, including policy terms, additional clauses, data processing information, and other documents in accordance with the Insurance Law and internal company regulations,
- Collects insurance premiums and ensures regular payment by policyholders.
Job requirements:
- Level of education: IV1 (upper secondary education)
- No prior work experience
- Proficiency in relevant software tools (MS Office)
- Strong communication skills
