Job responsibilities:
Developing and maintaining business relationships with existing and new Company partners
• Monitoring the insurance market and identifying new business opportunities
• Being responsible for achieving sales targets for the assigned sales channel
• Recruiting new business partners and developing the partner network
• Providing professional and operational support to partners in cooperation with the Company
• Organizing and conducting trainings, presentations and professional seminars for partners
• Supporting partners in developing sales opportunities and concluding insurance agreements
• Supporting partners in resolving complaints, claims and premium collection matters
• Preparing and processing insurance offers and policies, as well as providing administrative support to sales activities
• Monitoring and preparing public procurement and centralized sales offers
Job requirements:
• Completed at least secondary education; a college or university degree in economics or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in sales, partner relationship management or business development is considered an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Customer- and results-oriented mindset
• Ability to independently plan, organize and manage multiple activities simultaneously
• Proactivity, resourcefulness and ability to develop long-term business relationships
• Good command of MS Office tools
• Willingness to work in the field
• Valid Category B driving license
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive “can-do” attitude
