Job responsibilities:
• Calculation and analysis of capital requirements in accordance with the Solvency II Directive
• Participation in the ORSA process through the preparation of projections and impact scenarios related to capital adequacy
• Monitoring identified risks and compliance with established risk limits
• Quantitative analysis of the impact of risks on the Company's capital position
• Participation in the enhancement of risk measurement, monitoring, and control methodologies
• Preparation of internal and regulatory reports in the field of risk management
Job requirements:
• University degree (Master’s degree or equivalent), preferably in mathematics, economics, finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in risk management or actuarial roles
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, VBA, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Knowledge of the Solvency II Directive and relevant insurance regulations
• Strong analytical, structured, and detail-oriented approach to work
• High level of independence, accountability, and responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with various organizational units
