Job responsibilities:
- perform administrative tasks related to insurance operations
- monitor insurance sales and assist in preparing reports
- maintain records and archive documentation within the assigned area of responsibility
- manage records, departmental documentation, and the archiving of case files and insurance policies, reconcile invoices and verify them
- enter, store, and update policyholder information in the database
- monitor policy renewal schedules and prepare renewal notices for policyholders
- issue due notices for insurance policies
- record issued insurance premium invoices for the insurance sales agencies
- review, verify, and process invoices
- monitor and record insurance premium payments
- prepare documentation required for outstanding premium offset and compensation procedures
- process policy cancellations and terminations based on requests submitted by policyholders, etc.
Job requirements:
- high school diploma
- computer skills (MS Office)
- communication skills
- professional attitude and strong organizational skills
