Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d. hereby announces that on 22 May 2015 the Merger by Acquisition Agreement between TRIGLAV NALOŽBE d.d., Ljubljana and ZAVAROVALNICA TRIGLAV d.d. was submitted to the registration authority.

This information will be published on the website of Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d. at www.triglav.eu as of 22 May 2015 and will remain available on the Company's public website for a period of at least five years.
