ALTA Skladi Merge with Triglav Skladi

In accordance with the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and the applicable legislation, ZAVAROVALNICA TRIGLAV d.d., Ljubljana hereby publishes the following notice:

For a quarter of a century, Triglav Group has been actively developing and conducting the asset management business, which forms the second strategic pillar of its business. The volume of assets under management is increasing organically, and this year also through the acquisition of asset management company ALTA Skladi by Triglav Skladi. On 19 December 2019, the merger was entered in the Companies Register.

Through the acquisition, Triglav Skladi increased the volume of assets under management in mutual funds by 40% to EUR 1.0 billion. With a 34.1% market share as at 30 November 2019, it is a market leader among the Slovene mutual fund managers. Assets under management in mutual funds and discretionary mandate assets of Triglav Skladi totalled EUR 1.1 billion.

Triglav Skladi's expanded team of experienced managers and analysts provides to its more than 110,000 clients quality and comprehensive investment services tailored to their wishes and needs and upgraded with innovative solutions. The volume of assets under management enables Triglav Skladi and, therefore, Triglav Group not only to carry out development-oriented activities in asset management, marketing and sales services, but is also a good foundation for this activity to continue generating profit. Triglav's presence as a mutual fund manager in the Croatian market provides the basis for further expansion of the asset management services in South-East Europe, which is slowly evolving with both the legislative framework and market needs.
