Notification of Transactions in ZVTG Shares by Members of the Management Board

We would like to inform you that the following members of the Management Board of Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d. bought ordinary shares of the Company with the ZVTG ticker symbol and ISIN code SI0021111651, the issuer’s LEI code is 549300KGI78MKHO38N42:

• Andrej Slapar, President of the Management Board of Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d., on 2 April 2026 bought 180 ZVTG shares at the price of EUR 61.00 in the total value of EUR 10,980.00. After said transaction, he holds 2,200 shares with the ZVTG ticker symbol.

• Marica Makoter, Member of the Management Board of Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d., on 2 April 2026 bought 162 ZVTG shares at the price of EUR 61.00 in the total value of EUR 9,882.00. After said transaction, she holds 312 shares with the ZVTG ticker symbol.
