Job responsibilities:
- consolidation and interpretation of internal and external trends and intelligence to support strategy development and validation;
- maintenance and monitoring of key performance indicators and early warning indicators for strategic oversight in collaboration with other departments;
- support for the development of strategic roadmaps and initiatives, focusing on measurable outcomes;
- coordination of strategy materials for the Management Board and other strategic forums;
- contribution to clear and engaging communication of Group Strategy;
- provision of PMO capacity for specific crossfunctional initiatives, subject to experience.
Job requirements:
- firstcycle higher education degree,
- preferably 25 years of relevant experience in a Consulting firm or in Strategy,
Transformation, Corporate Development, CEO Office or related roles,
- strong analytical and conceptual thinking with the ability to structure complex issues clearly,
- capability to produce highquality deliverables using PowerPoint and Excel,
- strong communication and stakeholder management skills,
- excellent written and verbal communication in English,
- a proactive approach towards problemsolving, and a growth mindset.
