Job responsibilities:

  • consolidation and interpretation of internal and external trends and intelligence to support strategy development and validation;
  • maintenance and monitoring of key performance indicators and early warning indicators for strategic oversight in collaboration with other departments;
  • support for the development of strategic roadmaps and initiatives, focusing on measurable outcomes;
  • coordination of strategy materials for the Management Board and other strategic forums;
  • contribution to clear and engaging communication of Group Strategy;
  • provision of PMO capacity for specific crossfunctional initiatives, subject to experience.

Job requirements:

  • firstcycle higher education degree,
  • preferably 25 years of relevant experience in a Consulting firm or in Strategy,

Transformation, Corporate Development, CEO Office or related roles,

  • strong analytical and conceptual thinking with the ability to structure complex issues clearly,
  • capability to produce highquality deliverables using PowerPoint and Excel,
  • strong communication and stakeholder management skills,
  • excellent written and verbal communication in English,
  • a proactive approach towards problemsolving, and a growth mindset.
