Agreement on the Sale of a Shareholding in Aerodrom Ljubljana d.d. Signed

In accordance with the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and the applicable legislation, ZAVAROVALNICA TRIGLAV d.d., Ljubljana, hereby publishes the following notice:

Today, Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d. as a member of the consortium of sellers signed a sales agreement whereby it sold 161,909 ordinary shares of Aerodrom Ljubljana d.d. to Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide, at EUR 61.75 per share which totalled EUR 9,997,881.

This information will be published on the website of Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d. at www.triglav.eu as of 5 September 2014 and will remain available on the Company's public website for a period of at least five years.
