The online edition of the 2021 Annual Report of the Triglav Group and Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d., which bears the title “Three values. One trust”, has won a total of six gold awards in two international annual reporting award programmes: the New York-based ARC Awards and the London-based International Annual Report Design Awards (IADA).
According to Zavarovalnica Triglav Management Board member Uroš Ivanc: “Our aim was to transmit the growing confidence of key stakeholders and the good results and sustainable vision of the Triglav Group into this year’s annual report. We dedicated it in particular to the achievement of responsiveness, reliability and simplicity in all segments of our operations, and also in our communication.” Over the course of the last year, the simplicity, responsiveness and reliability of our operations have enabled us to further increase the already high levels of trust and satisfaction among our customers and employees. Our focus on the customer, as those responsible for key development areas explain in the annual report of the Triglav Group and Zavarovalnica Triglav, is reflected by the development of processes and new forms of partnership, digitalisation and a range of services tailored to the customer.
The members of both award programme juries gave the digital edition of the annual report (PDF and online versions) gold awards in the integrated presentation and quality of visual presentation of information categories, while the ARC jury also awarded it the highest scores for the use of photography and video.
In addition, we received the Grand Prize for The Best Communication Solution in the Eastern European region for our last year's annual report as part of the announcement of Arca's regional winners.
