Triglav once again pays tribute to the best-rated healthcare providers

At a time when healthcare systems are under increasing strain, the importance of quality, accessible, and timely care has never been greater. For the ninth consecutive year, Zavarovalnica Triglav has bestowed Certificates of Excellence to healthcare providers who, according to patients, have stood out for their professionalism, friendliness and efficiency. Based on feedback from more than 58,000 treatments in 2024, 24 providers were recognised with the distinction, while six received the prestigious Ambassador of Excellence title for achieving top ratings for at least five consecutive years.

The top-rated providers of 2024 are: Artros, Dvorec Lanovž, Dialab, Klinika Omnia, Aristotel – zdravstveni center, Diagnostični center Bled, Medartis, Dermatologija Bartenjev, Dermatologija Bremec Bremec, Klinika Doktor 24, Ambulanta Zdravje, MNLTH, UZ Medicina, Grošelj-Matos otorinolaringologija, LagunaMed, Medilab, SIMED, Remeda, Paracelzus kirurgija, Ambulanta Genus, Bisturmed, ORL Soklič Košak, Zdravilišče Rogaška Zdravstvo and Ortopedska bolnišnica Valdoltra. Six healthcare providers – which have received the highest customer ratings for at least five years in a row – can also boast the title of an Ambassador of Excellence. These are: Artros, Aristotel – zdravstveni center, Diagnostični center Bled, Dermatologija Bartenjev, Medartis and Bisturmed.

Additional insurance to improve accessibility

With a network of over 450 providers, Zavarovalnica Triglav ensures timely, high-quality treatment, supported in large part by voluntary supplementary health insurance. These policies play an important role in reducing out-of-pocket expenses and easing pressure on the public healthcare system.

Customer satisfaction with charitable impact

The opinions of customers who value timely, high-quality and accessible healthcare are essential for monitoring service standards and continually enhancing the experience of policyholders. To encourage feedback, Triglav has long linked satisfaction surveys with a charitable cause, donating to the Red Noses Slovenia Association for every completed questionnaire. This year, Triglav donated €15,000 to the association, whose mission is to bring joy, cheer and courage where it is most needed. Together with its customers, the company helped spread smiles and support where they matter most.
